Q: Do I need to be present for the delivery?
A: No. Most of our customers are not around at time of delivery. Place your order in your pre-arranged pickup and delivery spot and we will take care of the rest.
Q: What are my days of service?
A: Your pickup and delivery days are either Tuesday and Friday or Monday and Thursday depending on where you are located. The best time to place your items out for pickup is 8am, and our Customer care representatives will pick up your items on your designated days of service. Upon signing up you will receive two personalized green Fussy Cleaners garment bags and a door hook.
Q: How does the billing work?
A: Your credit card will automatically be charged every Monday for the items that were delivered the previous week.
Q: How do I use coupons?
A: Insert the coupon into your bag tag for redemption.
Q: Is there an extra charge for this service?
A: No, the pickup and delivery service is free; the cleaning is the same price as going into one of our store locations.
Q: What if I go on vacation?
A: Simply contact us and let our customer care team know when you will be back; we can hold your garments for you at no charge, and when you return, we will deliver your items back to you.
Q: What do I do if I have an item that needs to be reprocessed?
A: Place the item inside your bag with a note pinned to the garment that indicates that the item needs to be re-done. We will correct the item at no charge.
Q: Can I recycle my unused hangers?
A: You sure can. The best practice for recycling your hangers is to place them in a separate bag from your garments to avoid damage.
Q: What other cleaning services do you provide?
A: We are a full service dry-cleaner. We clean comforters, draperies, UGGS, leather and suede items, and wedding gowns. We also specialize in alterations and repairs.
Q: Are there items that take longer to process than the next-day delivery?
A: Yes, alterations take 1 week. Leather, suede, draperies, and wedding gowns take 2 weeks to complete.
Q: Can I still use the nearest cleaners location if needed?
A: Absolutely, your account is the same whether you are use our pickup and delivery services or using one of our 12 locations. If you miss your pickup and take your items to our nearest location we can deliver it back to you.
Q: Do you offer next day cleaning services?
A: At all of our locations we offer next-day cleaning services, so if you need an item ready for the next day, simply drop off your item at our location, and your item will be ready for pickup at our location the next day.
