My daughter needed her Matron of Honor dress dry cleaned for a wedding. However, it was Thursday when we took the dress in, and we needed it Friday. Norma at the Bath store promised to do everything she could to get the dress to us before we had to leave for the rehearsal dinner. Norma called me early on Friday afternoon to tell me the dress was all clean and ready for pick up. That's wonderfulservice!

Although I was disappointed when Fussy left the Broadview Heights location, I still believe in their quality work and drive into Brecksville now for cleaning. Also Lorna is an outstanding seamstress - well worth the drive should one need sewing repairs. All staff are friendly and helpful. Once I found Fussy, I have chosen no other dry cleaners.

Brecksville Fussy Cleaners is the best dry cleaning supplier, hands down. In spite of other dry cleaners in the area, I choose to use Fussy because of the hospitableness from every single one of their employees along with their fair pricing. I've utilized and recommended both their dry cleaning services and also the seamstress work available in their store. I would never consider going anywhere else because once you find great customer service, you don't want to lose it.
